We will respond to you within 48 hours to get all the information we need to let you know what we can do for you. Pricing on our decals is based on the dimensions of each decal. In addition to that price, there may be a fee for custom work.

Customer Service
While customer service is the top priority, please keep in mind that the owner/artist/sole employee works during the week days. When contacting us via email, you will receive a response in 48 hours or less, not an automated message. We do not list a phone number on the website to call due to solicitors (we don't like them either!). However, once in contact with us, you will be given a phone number to call in addition to email.

Payment Methods
At this time, we process all payments via PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal in order to use your credit card on this website. Also, we do not see any of your account information (i.e. PayPal or bank account or debit or credit card numbers) making ordering through Solitary Artistry safer than shopping at any grocery or department store locally.

 

Shipping / Delivery
Solitary Artistry uses the US Postal Service Priority Flat Rate mail service to ship all orders. Decals that are less than 9.5-inches by 12-inches are shipped via envelope. All larger decals are shipped via mailing tube.

Orders will be taken to USPS to be shipped within 2 days of Solitary Artistry processing and completing your order. Currently, we only ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Deliveries can be made to addresses located in Anchorage, Alaska only. When placing your order, please put your phone number in the "Instructions to Seller " section when completing your order. We will call you when your order is complete and arrange a delivery. Note: due to fuel prices, there will still be a charge for local deliveries.

Warranties
Solitary Artistry is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. If your order has been damaged during shipping, has fatal material flaws, manufacturing flaws or mistakes in orders, Solitary Artistry will refund 100% of your order (not including the original cost of shipping) up to 30 days after delivery. If submitting a warranty claim, please contact via email and include a photo of the damage so Solitary Artistry may learn from our mistakes and ensure it does not happen again in the future. Once your claim is received and processed, we will send you a USPS return label free of charge. Do not send back orders without the return label or it will not be accepted as damaged under Solitary Artistry warranty. When returning orders with a return label, ensure you obtain a receipt from the USPS. This is your proof that you did receive the return label and attempted to send it back through USPS in the case that the order is lost upon being returned to us.

Online Store Conditions of Use
All content contained on this website is subject to change at any time without warning or obligation. Failure by Solitary Artistry to complete and ship any order(s) resulting from depletion of material stocks, destruction of materials and property due to accidents, natural disasters, or any act outside of the control of Solitary Artistry negates Solitary Artistry from any and all liability.
