About Us / Customer Service

Our artist was born and raised in Michigan but considers Montana home. She graduated from US Air Force basic military training in 1998 and began drawing in her signature style shortly thereafter. During her 10 years of active duty military service (so far!), she has amassed a collection of more than 30 totally unique drawings that she has spent hours recreating for use as decals, prints, and paintings.

While customer service is the top priority, please keep in mind that the owner works during the week days. When contacting us via email, you will receive a response in 24 hours or less (again, usually the same day), not an automated message. We do not list a phone number on the website to call due to solicitors (we don't like them either!). However, once in contact with us, you will be given a phone number to call in addition to email.

 

Ordering / Shipping / Delivery

KMSCustom Designs uses the US Postal Service to ship all orders. Priority Flat Rate mail is used to ship all decals that are 12-inches by 9.5-inches or smaller by envelope. Priority mail is used to ship all decals larger than 12-inches by 9.5-inches by mail roll (2-inches by 18-inches). Please see our shipping zones to find your shipping cost before proceeding to PayPal to complete your order.

Orders will be taken to USPS to be shipped within 2 days of KMSCD receiving your order. Currently, we only ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Deliveries can be made to addresses located in Anchorage, Alaska only. When placing your order, please put your phone number in the "Instructions to KMSCD" section when completing your order. We will call you when your order is complete and arrange a delivery. Note: due to rising fuel prices, there will still be a charge for local deliveries. Please see our shipping zones for more information.

We will respond to you within 24 hours to get all the information we need to let you know what we can do for you. Pricing on our decals is based on the dimensions of each decal. In addition to that price, there may be a small fee for custom work.

Warranties

KMS Custom Designs is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. If your order has been damaged during shipping, has fatal material flaws, manufacturing flaws or mistakes in orders, KMS Custom Designs will refund 100% of your order (not including the original cost of shipping) up to 30 days after delivery. If submitting a warranty claim, please contact via email and include a photo of the damage so KMS Custom Designs may learn from our mistakes and ensure it does not happen in the future. Once your claim is received and processed, we will send you a USPS return label free of charge. Do not send back orders without the return label or it will not be accepted as damaged under KMS Custom Designs warranty. When returning orders with a return label, ensure you obtain a receipt from the USPS. This is your proof that you did receive the return label and attempted to send it back through USPS in the case that the order is lost upon being returned to us.

All designs on this website are registered and protected under United States Copyright laws. All designs on this website were created by our artist and all original images hand-drawn by the artist, with dates of creation, are retained by KMS Custom Designs.

Reproduction of this website, in part or whole, without prior written permission from KMS Custom Designs is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to steal, copy, or otherwise defraud KMS Custom Designs for any reason will be subject to criminal and civil liabilities.

Security / Privacy

KMS Custom Designs promises to never give any personal information (i.e. your name (part or whole), email address, contact numbers, or address) to anyone outside KMS Custom Designs for any reason. We value your privacy as much as we value our own and will treat it as such. All payments are received and processed through PayPal. KMS Custom Designs does not see any of your account information (i.e. PayPal or bank account or debit or credit card numbers) making ordering through KMS Custom designs safer than shopping at any grocery or department store locally.

All content contained on this website is subject to change at any time without warning or obligation. Failure by KMS Custom Designs to complete and ship any order(s) resulting from depletion of material stocks, destruction of materials and property due to accidents, natural disasters, or any act outside of the control of KMS Custom Designs negates KMS Custom Designs from any and all liability.
